Subjective symptoms (diarrhea, frequency of bowel movements, high gas, etc.) are indicators. After the first transplant, gas retention improved and stools became slightly firmer. 3 transplants conducted\u30101st transplantation questionnaire\u3011Gas is the most common concern. Colonic or soluble stools occur in response to mental status. Feels restricted in activities and affected in socializing. Has anal insufficiency.\u30102nd transplantation questionnaire\u3011 Gas retention feeling is a little better. Defecation has improved, but it is still hard. Still too scared to take the train. \u30103rd transplantation questionnaire\u3011 Gas accumulation improved. Stools are good. No more putrid smell. \u3010Questionnaire at the examination\u3011His stools are in much better shape. He hopes the gas will settle down a little more.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n
Changes after completion of transplant :<\/td><\/tr>
Subjective symptoms (diarrhea, frequency of bowel movements, gas, etc.) are indicators. After the first transplant, gas retention improved and stools became slightly firmer; after the second transplant, abdominal and defecation symptoms continued to improve. In addition, the patient’s chronic nasal obstruction also improved. Although the chronic symptoms had not improved despite continued medical therapy at another hospital, the transplantation resulted in the formation of stools and no more leakage of soft stools due to anorectal insufficiency. Furthermore, the symptoms of abdominal bloating associated with excessive gas retention also tended to lessen, so a three-transplant course was also effective. Further improvement would be expected with additional transplants.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n
