Clinical typing, metabolic and inflammatory values were analyzed simultaneously. They were divided into types 1 and 2. The type 1 gut bacteria were predominantly Prevotellidae, with high serum interleukin levels and decreased gut bacterial diversity observed. Their feces also contained a large number of extracellular vesicles derived from the genus Prevotella, and fewer Actinobacteria, Firmicutes, Proteobacteria, Ackermansia, and Bacteroidetes.
(Authors) Ho-Kyoung Lee et al.
Department of Internal Medicine, Seoul National University Bundang Hospital, 82, Gumi-ro 173, Beon-gil, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do 13620 South Korea
(Journal Title) SCIENTIFIC REPORTS
(Date of Publication) 2024 Feb 11
(Comment) Although it is difficult to say at this point which type is more important, it may be said that obese people who appear to be medically healthy can be divided into two types: those in an unwell state and those in a healthy state.

2.
