summary

Since meniscus knee surgery, I have been feeling tense and unsettled. He feels well in the morning, but becomes worse in the late afternoon and evening. At night she feels fine. Her bowel movements are not clear with a feeling of residual bowel movements. She has little appetite, especially during menstruation and ovulation. Sleep is shallow, palms are sweaty, and sympathetic nervous system is tense.
After 3 transplants, fatigue is almost gone and bowel movements are better. His appetite has also increased.
Since the completion of the fifth transplant, he no longer feels depressed and his physical condition is good despite the humid climate of the rainy season. I would like to continue to have additional transplants to maintain my physical condition, though irregularly.

Chief complaint:.One month after the left meniscus replacement surgery, I began to feel fidgety, nervous, and restless. She was also unable to sleep. This coincided with menopause due to a drop in female hormones, and overall, she began to experience mood swings, fatigue, sleep disturbances, and sympathetic nervous tension. For several decades, she had been constipated unless she took laxatives, but by taking lactobacillus supplements, she began to have stools every day. In order to improve these symptoms, she wishes to have an intestinal flora transplant.

(Interview at the time of the second transplant)
(From the patient) Emotionally, there has been no significant change. I feel like I am sleeping more deeply. I used to force myself to eat even if I didn’t feel hungry, but now I feel hungry and can eat. No bacterial fluid was produced after transplantation, and normal stools were produced the next day.

(From the patient) After the second transplant, no bacterial fluid was produced and all was absorbed. Her bowel movements are getting better, but her stomach is a little tense once every two days. The premenstrual tummy tightness is gone. I still feel sluggish in the evening, but I feel a little better. I am able to sleep soundly now.

(From the patient) Visited the clinic for an examination 3 months after the transplantation. Her mood swings have improved after the transplant and her appetite has increased. She feels sound sleep and is sleeping well. She still feels fatigue during menstruation and ovulation.

In addition to the 3-transplant course, she wishes to have 3 additional transplants.

The patient wants to prevent mental instability caused by menopause and to improve her metabolism. According to the patient, she always has severe hay fever, but this year her hay fever symptoms were not so severe. She also said that she feels mentally stable.

(From the patient) I visited my local doctor because of persistent diarrhea. The diarrhea became worse after being given antibiotics. He was admitted to the hospital on suspicion of pseudomembranous enteritis, but was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. The diarrhea has now subsided.

She came to the hospital today and her symptoms are stable without any abdominal symptoms.

(From the patient) The ulcerative colitis has settled down now. Her bowel movements are not bad. No bloody stools. She is mentally much more comfortable than before, and she is able to sleep at night without anxiety.

(From the patient) The ulcerative colitis has calmed down. I feel better now that I have gas. I felt better after the previous transplant, but I think the current bacterial solution is right for my intestines.

In the future, she would like to control her metabolism as she is experiencing menopausal symptoms and weight gain.
