About the day of the 4th Annual Conference

There is only one week left until our annual conference on September 21.
We are now in the final stages of preparations so that we can provide as much information as possible to all attendees.

Now, the venue is the “Korin-no-Ma” on the 3rd floor.
The reception desk is located in front of the venue, so please come directly to the 3rd floor.

There are some additional information about the day of the event. Please come with caution.

[1] About the free shuttle bus

A free shuttle bus service to the venue, RIHGA Royal Hotel Osaka, is available from JR “Osaka” station.
The shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes starting at 7:45 AM. (The trip takes about 10 minutes.)
You can also take the bus on the way back to the hotel, so please take advantage of this service.

[2] By Keihan Train

From Nakanoshima Station on the Keihan Railway Nakanoshima Line, there is a direct underground passageway.
Please go up the escalator from Exit 3.

[3] For cars

Service tickets are available at the reception desk for those coming by car.
Please inquire at the reception desk.

[4]About Bento Lunches

Lunch will be provided. (A tea packet will be provided.)
Please register by the 15th of the month to make arrangements for the box lunch.

[5] About attending on the day of the event

Thanks to your support, there are very few seats left for on-site participation.
