Intestinal flora transplantation performed for ulcerative colitis (rectal type), mild bleeding and diarrhea.
No significant change at 6 months after completion of 6 cycles. Endoscopy was unchanged.

Main symptoms :2 YEARS AGO, SHE BEGAN TO HAVE DIARRHEA AND BLEEDING. DIAGNOSED AT CF. CURRENTLY, SHE HAS NORMAL STOOLS ABOUT 4 TIMES/DAY WITH ORAL MEDICATION. NO BLEEDING.
Medications being taken :COLONEL TABLETS, MYA BM TABLETS, BIOFERMIN COMBINATION SPRAY, ASACOL TABLETS
Medical history :POLYPECTOMY: H29, NOVEMBER, GASTRIC ULCER
Background, family history, lifestyle, etc :He wishes to have a transplant, partly on the recommendation of his daughter.
Father: ulcerative colitis, stroke, hypertension

Change from first transplant to end of transplant :
Improved bowel movements after transplant, but tends to have diarrhea after a while.

No change in symptoms at 6-month follow-up (lower blood loss, medication indispensable)

【1st transplantation questionnaire】
She is busy working, but seems to be in good physical condition. He is working very busy, but seems to be in good physical condition. No abdominal symptoms such as moodiness or abdominal pain at the time of flora transplantation. Explained post-transplant precautions. No comprehension problems.

【2nd transplantation questionnaire】
No change in bowel movements between normal and post-transplant. Physical condition is good.

【3rd transplantation questionnaire】
No mood disorder. Intestinal peristalsis is good. No bleeding, pain, or abdominal symptoms during or after transplant.
No change after transplantation.

【4th transplantation questionnaire】
The patient has a tendency to have solid stools, but after a while they become soft again.
She is as busy as ever. He is taking good care of his diet.

【5th transplantation questionnaire】
The stools do not change significantly, and he has soft stools about 3 times a day.
She had no abdominal pain, but there was a small amount of blood in her stools on several occasions.
He said that he did not feel much change in his mental condition. Her appetite also did not seem to have changed.

【6th transplantation questionnaire】
No particular change. She took medicine and had no bloody stools.

【6th transplantation follow-up】
Not much change. When she stopped taking the medicine, she bled again.
Changes after completion of transplant :
Bleeding continues and internal medication is indispensable. Endoscopy (12/2019) also showed inflammation in the rectum with no improvement.
