| 【1回目移植時】 ・着替えを嫌がった。『検査パンツが気持ち悪い。男性の前でパンツずれたら恥ずかしい』とのこと。 ・移植のことは『お尻からチクッと入れる』と聞いてきた。移植については受け入れている。 ・腹鳴弱い。本日排便なし。表情は明るく、母親とは談笑していた。 ・移植時、声かけするも体に力が入ってしまった。 ・処置はスムーズに終了する。移植後10分くらいでトイレ希望あるが、20分後、排尿のみだった。 【2回目移植時】 ・変化なし。眠りが浅く、朝起きるのに時間を要する。 ・普段は、機嫌良く過ごしており、大きな声を出している。 ・移植当日の便はコロコロだったが、前回の移植後から力まずに排便できるようになった。 ・静かに過ごしていた。移植もスムーズに終えることができた。 【3回目移植時】 ・変化なし。 ・気分高揚が見られた（休薬中のため？）。 ・夜間寝つきが悪く、眠りが浅い。 ・『他の人もこれ（移植）しているの？』、『なんで私はしてるの？』など質問が多い。 ・表情は穏やか。待ち時間にあっちむいてほいをして遊んでいた。 ・生理3日目。痛みの訴えなし。 ・直腸診時力みあるがスムーズに終了した。 【4回目移植時】 ・前回移植後、下痢が3日間続いた。以後3日間は排便がない。 ・運動会の疲れかもしれないが、夜の寝つきが良くなった。 ・機嫌は良い。クリニックのポスター見ながら、質問していた。 ・腹鳴弱いため体位交換を3周行なったが、やはり弱め。 ・直腸診察時、便が肛門近くまできていても便意がない様子。移植はスムーズにできた。 【5回目移植時】 ・前回移植日と翌日に排便あり。その後3日間なく、移植日前日と当日に排便あり。 ・腹鳴弱め。表情は穏やか。よく会話していた。移植スムーズに終了した。 【6回目移植時】 ・変化は感じていない。 ・以前より睡眠が取れているかもしれない。今週1回だけ朝の目覚めが悪い日があった。 ・学校からはテンションが高い日が多いと言われている。 ・ホラーが好きで、泣いている時にパクパクと口が動く丸いものが見えたり、深夜に声が聞こえたりする話をたくさんしていた。 ・移植はスムーズに終了した。 |

| 【8週目時点】 ・移植で大きく変わった感じはない。 ・こだわりが強い。自分のこだわりの方法で計算をしようとする。 ・切り替えは少し早くなった印象。落ち着きがないのは変わらない。 ・朝は自分で起きてくることが増えた。朝、ぐずることがなくなった。 ・遅刻が減った。学校からは『夏休み前は午前中から眠気があったが、それがなくなった。代わりに、おしゃべりがうるさくなった。授業中は歌を歌うようになった』と報告があった。 ・TPOが読めないのは変わらない。 ・乗り物に静かに乗れるようになった（変化）。 【18週目時点】 ・集中力が出てきた。学校の授業で新聞を作ることができた。校外学習もできた。 ・学校では時間を気にするようになり、遅刻がなくなった。 ・おしゃべりは止まらない(多動の薬をやめている影響？)。授業中の歌は歌わなくなった。 ・乗り物に静かに乗れるようになった。 ・移植で良くなった部分もあるが、ADHDの症状が出ている。 ・寝つきは悪い。 【30週目時点】 ・移植後、便通の調子良くなり、維持できている。 ・腹部膨満感なし。困っていることもない。 ・癇癪はなくなった。キーキーならなくなった。 ・集中力ある時とない時の差が激しい。遅刻はない。 ・多動の側面、衝動性はまだある。ひどくはない。薬中止しているので若干目立つ部分はある。 ・笑顔あり。触ると、触った所を払いさらう動作あり。 |

| In addition to improvement in abnormal bowel movements, there was improvement in tantrums. As for hyperactivity and impulsivity, there was not much change. It is presumed that the degree of effectiveness may vary depending on the symptoms. |
