IBS SYMPTOMS APPEARED ABOUT 20 YEARS AGO, DIARRHEA WAS THE MAIN SYMPTOM, ABOUT 20 TIMES A DAY AT MOST, AND THE SYMPTOMS WORSENED DUE TO WORK STRESS, ETC. IN 2012, HE RETIRED AND BECAME SELF-EMPLOYED, AND THE STRESS WAS REDUCED, BUT THE SYMPTOMS CONTINUED. 2014, HE HAD A DESCENDING COLON RESECTION DUE TO DIVERTICULITIS OF THE COLON, AT WHICH TIME HE TOOK ABS MEDICATION, AND HIS IBS SYMPTOMS WERE ALLEVIATED. IBS SYMPTOMS DECREASED AND DIARRHEA HAS DECREASED TO 4-5 TIMES A DAY. CURRENTLY TAKING IRIBO. VISITED OUR OUTPATIENT CLINIC ON OCTOBER 31, 2019 AND UNDERWENT 3 INTESTINAL FLORA TRANSPLANTATION SESSIONS FROM NOVEMBER 18, 2019. PATIENT IS UNDER OBSERVATION.

Transplant General Comments and Discussion :
After the second transplant, the frequency of diarrhea has decreased and he no longer has the urge to have a bowel movement within 30 minutes after a meal. She is now under less stress and is trying to lead a regular life and get enough sleep, so we can expect further improvement in her symptoms.
