He has a sense of anxiety. As for language, he understands some but can only speak a little and is unable to catch up in conversation. After the transplant, his anxiety has decreased a little and he is able to have stools without medication.

| Chief complaint : | ・1歳過ぎころから偏食や言葉の遅れ、目が合わない等、クレーン現象が見られる。 ・1歳半ごろから他児との違いに気づき、療育センターを受診。 ・こだわりが強く癇癪が出るが、切り替えは早く引きずらない。現在は、簡単な言葉は話せるものの、会話のキャッチボールが難しい。こちらの言っていることはわかっている様子。 ・ひらがな、カタカナは読める。文字を書くこともできるが表出はなかなか難しい。 |

| 【移植前】 ・1歳過ぎから目が合わない。 ・1歳半頃になると他の子と比べて違いが多く、支援センターに相談。診断を受ける。 ・偏食がひどい。 ・言っていることは少し理解できているがコミュニケーションを取るのが難しい。 ・決まった言葉や独語があり、こだわりが強く、新しい場面では不安感が強い。診察のときもかなり警戒心があり、Gazefinderには30分かかった。 ・簡単な字の読み書きはできるが、意味をどれだけ理解しているかは分からない。 【1回目移植時】 かなり警戒され、体位固定に時間がかかった。シリンジで一気に注入した。 【2回目移植時】 特に変わりはないが、移植の時の抵抗の仕方が前回よりましになった。少し聞き分けが良くなったように感じた。 (ダイアリーより：移植後、トイレに行きたがり、お尻からシャーと水が出た) 【3回目移植時】 大きな変化はない。移植後トイレに行った。移植で抵抗する力は、前よりましになった。 【4回目移植時】 3回目移植以降、便はコロコロしたものから繋がって出てくるようになった。機嫌が良い。 【5回目移植時】 便通は以前よりソフトになってきた。移植も慣れたのかリラックスしてできるようになっている。 (ダイアリーより：移植直後に排便があり、コロコロ便が一気に吹き出した) 【6回目移植時】 夏休みになり、癇癪が多いが立ち直りは早くなった。移植してから便通はよくなった。基本的に機嫌は良い。 |

| ・夏休みに入って朝の寝起きの時のみ機嫌が悪いが、その後は機嫌よく過ごしている。便通も順調に出ている。 ・9月(14週ごろ)、学校が始まるとしばらくは気分が不安定であった。10月に入って少し落ち着いてきたが、学校では少し不安定で早く寝ることを勧められた。 ・興奮してなかなか寝つきにくい傾向にあるが、寝てしまえばしっかり眠れている様子。 ・乗り物(特に新幹線)が好きで、本日は大阪に来ると上機嫌。 ・診察ではきちんと待つことができているようになり、少し落ち着いてきているように思う。 ・言葉の理解はかなりできているが、こだわりの強さは変化なし。 ・便は出ているが全部できっている感じがなく少ないが、ガスが多いということはない。 ・30週。落ち着いている。大阪のお母さんと一緒にコンサートに行けた。 ・睡眠も落ち着いていた。風邪をひかなくなった。 ・こだわりは強いがカラオケができた。やりたい意思が強くなり、積極的になってきている。 ・便は毎日出ているが、コロコロ便。 ・Gazefinderも落ち着いて見ることができた。 |

| 移植前は、警戒心と不安感がひどく多動性がみられた。移植後からは、少し聞き分けが良くなったような感じがする。待つこともできるようになり、意欲も少し出て積極的になってきたように思われる。また、下剤を飲まなくても便が出るようになっていて、免疫力が上がってきたのか風邪をひかなくなった。 症状の改善は維持できている。機嫌良く過ごせている。癇癪も減った。移植の効果を認めた症例。 |
