| 【1回目移植時】 ・お尻から薬入れるためにきた、と説明しているとのこと。 ・移植前にリハーサルしていたが、実施時に力が入ってしまう。 ・途中から呼吸も声かけに合わせてできるようになる。移植に協力的でスムーズに終了する。 【2回目移植時】 ・大きく変化はなかったが、表情穏やかだった。 ・バイタル測定、やや力むことはあったが概ねスムーズに実施できた。 【3回目移植時】 ・弟が風邪症状あり、合わせて本人も『気持ちが悪い』と言っていた。 ・目が潤んで、体は熱を持っているようだが携帯ゲームをしている。機嫌は悪くない。 ・母より『前回移植後、お腹の痒みを訴え、お腹をよく出していた』とのこと。腹部の皮膚症状なし。 ・カテーテル挿入時のみ『イヤだ』と体動激しくなったが、移植時は体位をキープできた。 【4回目移植時】 ・前回移植帰宅後39℃の発熱あり。痰がらみ、鼻水少し残っていた。お腹の痒みは無くなった。 ・移植前の直腸診察時に激しく嫌がり泣いた。 ・菌液注入中は体動なく終了したが、移植後『いやだ。ぬるぬる。ゆるさん。お薬入れなくていい』とブツブツ言っていた。 【5回目移植時】 ・当日『嫌だ。したくない』と言っていた。母親より、学校始まり落ち着きがなくなってきたとのこと。 ・便が緩くなって色が濃い。 ・前回移植後30分くらいで菌液の排出があった。 ・医師が処置室に来ると、突然お尻を隠す動作をした。説得して移植実施。 ・直腸診の際に、緊張し体をそらす体制になるが、声かけと動画視聴で移植終了する。その後の体位交換は動画視聴しながら実施できた。 【6回目移植時】 ・母親の所感では変化ないと感じている。 ・叫んだり、抵抗する動作はなく、母親の声掛けに従って身体の力を抜き、落ち着いて移植できた。 ・移植の体感は無いようだが、本日は移植に対する姿勢に変化を感じた。 |

| ・大きな変化は感じていない様子。ご家族は集中力がついたような印象を感じていた。機嫌はいい。 ・8週時の排便は、以前より安定して毎日Type4が出ている。 ・18週時、毎日排便があり安定していたが、たまに下痢と便秘が見られた ・勉強の集中力も上がってきた印象。文字を覚えるのは得意、本はよく読むとのこと。 ・言動からの大きな変化はなし。クリニックの中をうろうろ・キョロキョロしていた。 【30週時点】 ・以前より集中力が途切れるようになった印象。作文を上手に書けたりするが、人の話を聞き逃したり、聞いてなかったりしている。食欲は増加傾向。色々と制約もあり、劇的に変わったかどうかはわからないとのこと。 ・診察時にはじっとできており、発語は多め。ゲイズファインダーの測定もスムーズだった。移植の効果は客観的には若干あるように感じた。落ち着いた印象。 |

| 自閉スペクトラム症に対して移植を行った症例。移植後より徐々に学習時の集中力が上がっていたものの、30週の診察時での症状は若干後退傾向があるとの報告があり。しかし診察時にじっと座れるようになるなど改善していると感じられる部分も認めた。SRS-2による再確認が必要な症例。 |
