[At the time of the first transplant]. She understands language to some extent, but she does not speak much and does not call people spontaneously. She can clearly sing the music of “Okasan to tokuso,” but she does not understand the meaning of the lyrics. At the time of the first transplant interview, there was no speech. No facial expression. Weak abdominal rumbling. Immediately after transplantation, a small amount of bacterial fluid was discharged, and 20 minutes later, a small amount of fluid was also discharged when the patient stood up. Transplantation went smoothly. During position change after transplantation, there was a sudden laughing behavior. The patient said that she has this behavior at home as well. At the time of the second transplant The morning of the day after the first transplant, there was a rash all over the body. It disappeared the day after. No itching. After transplantation, stools became Type 4. During the third transplant During the insertion of the catheter for the third time, the patient made a disgusted voice, but followed the instructions and the transplantation went smoothly. Occasionally, their eyes met. She seemed to feel a change in her stool condition after the transplant. [During the fourth transplant]. He was expressionless, but had occasional smiling gestures. She followed instructions and the transplant went smoothly. According to his mother, his speech had somewhat decreased. She used to talk when I miked her hand. Eye contact was good. When we went to the park, he started to look for his mother, which he said was the first time he had ever done so. She also started to tell us when she had to go to the bathroom while playing. During the 5th transplant During a position change after the 5th transplant, there was urination. She said, “Ah, ah! She had never felt embarrassed before, but this time she was talking and seemed to have some feelings. [At the 6th transplant After the 4th transplant, until the 6th transplant, she had a good stomach rumbling, was in a good mood, and had more opportunities to make eye contact.
Changes after completion of transplant :
They don’t look at each other, but they sit still and receive medical examinations. Sometimes they look at each other. I am now cooler than I was before. No more unnecessary voice leaks. He laughs when he remembers. The primitive reflex to put everything in my mouth disappeared. The original impulsivity has begun to settle down. He did not suddenly start running around town or hold my hand, but he started trying to hold my hand throughout the walk. …Shyness is coming out. The patient is now able to wait. These changes have made it easier for the family (especially the mother), but the transplant has reduced the burden on the family. Tends to be constipated. She has been having a bowel movement every other day since the 6th transplant. During the 18-week interview, the procedure was performed smoothly in response to our calls, although eye contact was not made. The last time I saw him, he seemed cool, but his personality came more to the forefront and he didn’t like it as much. I can see that they are trying to communicate with each other. I can see that he is trying to communicate somehow. His father also feels the change, and a school teacher pointed out that he has an increased smiling face, giving the impression that his growth has been boosted by the transplant. After implantation, the stools were like adult stools with a strong smell for a while, but after 30 weeks, the stools became like a child’s original feces. The smell is not bothersome. Sausage-like stools are being produced. ∙ When he was alone, he began to feel alienated. The way she cries is like a child. He had a farewell ceremony, but was able to spend the time without voice leakage. He was hearing-dominant and did not like the sound of gagaku and ran away. …This year I could not get frostbite. He was calm at the 30 week interview. During the Gaze Finder measurement, he always looked away when the woman’s face was large. Measurements are taken while sitting on her lap with her mother due to her body movements. Vital measurements were smooth. Blood pressure measurement was anxious, but she was able to hold still.

Evaluation and Discussion
Transplant General Comments and Discussion :
Before the transplant, he lacked interest in and attachment to others, but after the transplant, he became more attached to his mother and increased his skinship. He was not afraid of being alone in his room, but after the transplant, he became able to understand his surroundings and became lonely when alone. It is thought that the transplantation procedure may have helped her to develop an ego and to recognize the differences between herself and others.
