A case of fecal microbiota transplantation for autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The patient was noticeably obsessive. My obsession was eased.
I am now able to catch up in natural conversation. Her vocabulary has increased, and she is now able to communicate her own situation and feelings, and to listen to what others have to say.
They have become more active, such as riding their bicycles to their classmates’ houses.
They are now able to imagine what the future holds for them. I have the impression that their growth has been accelerated by the transplantation.

Transplant General Comments and Discussion :
The change of mind was markedly better after the transplant, and miscommunication with the parents decreased. This is thought to be an effect of the transplantation.
