While he was confident in his health, he was aware that he had been experiencing more intestinal emissions for some time. He visited our outpatient clinic in August 2019. She has 2-3 bowel movements/day. After the intestinal flora transplantation counseling, she applied for intestinal flora transplantation and intestinal flora balance test was also performed. In October of the same year, 6 transplants were performed based on twice-daily transplants. During the transplantation, symptoms of constipation and diarrhea were observed, but there was no change in general.

Change from first transplant to end of transplant :
Constipation symptoms improved during transplantation, and diarrhea symptoms appeared. 【1st transplantation questionnaire】 I have stools once or twice a day, so I am not constipated, but I am concerned about gas. 【2nd transplantation questionnaire】 (Conducted in the afternoon of the same day as the first transplant) I have not had a bowel movement since the transplant in the morning. 【3rd transplantation questionnaire】 I had more diarrhea than usual. 【4th transplantation questionnaire】 It became easier to pass stool. 【5th transplantation questionnaire】 (conducted in the afternoon of the same day as the 4th transplant) I had not passed stools since the morning. 【6th transplantation questionnaire】 Soft stools became normal. 【Questionnaire 2 weeks after the transplant】 She is feeling as good as ever after the transplant. Transplant General Comments and Discussion :
The results of the pre-transplant intestinal flora balance test were also relatively good, and since the transplant was performed in the absence of any particular subjective symptoms, it is unlikely that any effect has been felt at this point. A post-transplant intestinal flora balance test is scheduled to be conducted by the end of this year.
