Change from first transplant to end of transplant:.
【1st transplantation questionnaire】 Her stools are good. He talks to me well. He understands well and looks me in the eye.
【2nd transplantation questionnaire】 Her personality seems to have become a little more aggressive. After stool transplantation, he had no bowel movement including bacterial fluid for 2 days, but after that, he had a soft stool once every 2 days.
【3rd transplantation questionnaire】 No bowel movement for 1 day after transplantation. Bowel movements tended to be sluggish.
【4th transplantation questionnaire】 Comprehension and language are increasing. Bowel movements are once every 2 days. Stools are improving.
【5th transplantation questionnaire】 While comprehension improves and calmness develops, there is no improvement in tantrums or motor skills. Bowel movements are every other day or two and of good consistency.
【6th transplantation questionnaire】 No improvement in tantrums or movement ability.
Changes after completion of transplant:.
The patient becomes more relaxed and conversational. Good bowel movements.

Evaluation and Discussion

Transplant Evaluation:. Clear improvement of symptoms
Pre- and post-transplant flora balance test changes:. [BEFORE TRANSPLANT] PERFORMED IN OCTOBER 2018. FLORA BALANCE IS GOOD FOR AGE. THE ROOT OF SYMPTOMS IS NARROWED DOWN TO CLOSTRIDIUM 11.
[IMPLANTED] FEBRUARY 2019. CLOSTRIDIUM 11 IS DECREASED, AND IT IS PRESUMED THAT THE INFLAMMATION OF THE TISSUES RELATED TO BRAIN COMMAND IS SUBSIDED. SUGAR METABOLISM (IN THE BRAIN), WHICH UNTIL NOW HAD TO RELY ON BIFIDOBACTERIA, IS AIDED BY THE APPEARANCE OF THE GENUS PREVOTELLA, AND SUGAR IS NOW AVAILABLE TO THE BRAIN.

Transplant General Comments and Discussion:.
Compared to before the implantation, his comprehension has increased and he is able to wait. His speech has become smoother than before with more words. His hyperactivity is decreasing, but his tantrums are uneven. She is no longer shy of her sister, and her bowel movements have improved since the fourth session.
