Evaluation and Discussion

Transplant Evaluation:. No change
Pre- and post-transplant flora balance test changes:. [Before transplant] March 2018. The clostridium is unbalanced, low diversity, and typically stressful. It is speculated that there is some suppressed stimulation of the brain, which may be a counterbalance. I believe that an improvement in the balance will improve symptoms.
[During transplantation] June 2018. The balance has improved along with the diversification of the Clostridium genus, which was a problem prior to the transplant, and I believe the balance has acquired mental calm. However, the growth of fungi and viruses may be causing a fungal shift phenomenon, pushing other fungi away on the balance graph. We recommend prescribing antifungal medications or testing for fungi and viruses.
Blood test changes:. [After transplantation] None
POMS2 SCORE CHANGE:. [After transplantation] None
<Intestinal flora balance before and after transplantation>
His/her experience (from the questionnaire):.
None at present

Adverse events: No
Nothing

Transplant General Comments and Discussion:.
At the time of the 17th transplant, the tremor of Parkinson’s disease persists, but has somewhat improved and progression has stopped compared to the initial visit. Constipation is similar and he is taking laxatives regularly. Glutathione infusion, hydrogen infusion, and oral Rejuzyn are continued.
