The director, Dr. Ii.Symbiosis Research InstituteHe was a doctor who visited our website and contacted us saying, “I would love to do the intestinal flora transplantation at my home too! On the day of the visit, two members of the Bacterial Liquid Research and Development Department of the Intestinal Flora Transplantation Clinical Study Group visited the doctor’s clinic. Arriving at Futakotamagawa Station, less than 30 minutes by train from the middle of Tokyo, where large buildings line the streets and even give the impression of being a bit cramped, you are surrounded by the atmosphere of a solid and elegant town. When we arrived at the doctor’s clinic, which was just a short walk from the station, we were greeted by many staff members with smiling faces, which eased the nerves of the two people we spoke with. Futakotamagawa Medical Clinic focuses on the examination and treatment of lifestyle-related diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and gout, and also deals with general internal medicine, tummy disorders, and allergic diseases. As expected of a clinic that focuses on testing, there are two clinical laboratory technicians! The clinic also seems to accept people from overseas, so there are many nurses and office staff.
