summary

She has had persistent abdominal pain and diarrhea for more than 10 years, and her symptoms were exacerbated by anxiety and psychological stress. She also had food allergies and had a history of anaphylaxis.
After six transplants, diarrhea and abdominal pain almost disappeared. As for allergic symptoms, he no longer develops obvious urticaria, although he has had occasional itching. She has experienced an anaphylactic attack in the past, and her mental instability due to the anticipatory anxiety persists.

Chief complaint : Has been allergic for some time. He gets urticaria from garlic, crab, fruit, alcohol, etc. When allergic symptoms occur, his blood pressure may drop and he often has diarrhea. He sometimes requires hospitalization. This year, he took steroids, and his symptoms lessened.

(From patient) I don’t feel well. Taking a bowel preparation and having normal stools.

Discomfort in left lower abdomen but no obvious tenderness, bowel sounds normal.

(From patient) No diarrhea. Appetite is good.

No obvious tenderness in the abdomen, bowel sounds normal.

【3rd transplantation questionnaire】
(From patient) I have had diarrhea twice, but it seems to be less than before.

No abdominal tenderness, bowel sounds normal.

(From patient) No diarrhea. Sometimes constipation.

【5th transplantation questionnaire】
(From patient) No diarrhea; once had no bowel movement for 2 days.

(Interview 3 months after transplantation)
Occasional diarrhea, but not as severe as before the transplant. Skin rashes continue to appear, so steroid ointment is applied.

No abdominal tenderness, bowel sounds normal.

Transplant General Comments and Discussion :
Abdominal symptoms such as diarrhea and abdominal pain were transplantable. Allergic symptoms also showed improvement.
