Transplant Information

Number of transplants : 6 times
Change from first transplant to end of transplant :

6 transplants conducted

【1st transplantation questionnaire】

His usual stools are in diapers, and he occasionally has tangible stools, but often has soft stools or diarrhea.
The patient cried during the infusion, saying it hurt, but stopped crying immediately after the infusion.
When leaving, he waves bye-bye.

【2nd transplantation questionnaire】

After the first transplant, the number of tantrums decreased and the time spent having tantrums decreased. It became easier for him to follow instructions. For example, when he was watching TV and I told him that I was going out, he would not stop watching TV before, but he was able to easily turn off the TV and go out. He used to not eat unless his parents put food in a spoon for him to eat, but after the transplant, he started to eat with the spoon by himself. He used to not eat foods that he disliked, but after the transplant, he started to try foods that he disliked.

【3rd transplantation questionnaire】

I am concerned that there has been a lot of diarrhea during the past week. I feel that the soliloquy has not changed (from the mother).

【4th transplantation questionnaire】

The mother reported that the soft stools had continued after the last transplant and the soliloquy had not changed.
The father reported that the frequency of his tantrums had decreased and that the time he spends throwing tantrums was shorter.

【5th transplantation questionnaire】

He lies down on the bed by himself and puts his hands on his hips with a pump. He seems to understand the intestinal flora transplant we are about to perform. When I call out for a bowel sound listening, he puts out his stomach by himself. He is in a good mood, smiling and laughing when he touches the bowel sound device.
Your parents have not received a chancre for one week since the last transplant. He understands what his parents are saying and acts accordingly. When I told her I was going to brush her teeth, she stopped playing and came to brush her teeth. She is not able to catch up in conversation, but she is able to hear clearly now.

【6th transplantation questionnaire】

Moved to his room immediately after his arrival. He lies down on the bed with a smile on his face. When I use a stethoscope and say, “I’m going to do a tummy moshi moshi~,” he shows me his tummy without reluctance. During the transplant, he was able to do it while laughing out loud.
He was also able to change his clothes smoothly. Her father held her legs and played with her in an upside-down position, smiling.
The bowel sounds after the end of the session remained the same. He is chatting well, parroting back the nurses’ and his parents’ calls to him.
<Comparison with the first time>
●Stools have changed from diarrhea and slop to soft stools. Hard stools are now sometimes produced.
●Tantrums have decreased.
●Talking to himself has not changed.

Changes after completion of transplant :

The following changes were observed with each successive transplant
The number of tantrums decreased, sometimes for up to a week without a tantrum. He used to throw a tantrum when we went shopping, so we showed him YouTube to make him stop. He now understands what his parents are saying and acts accordingly. When they tell him to brush his teeth, he stops playing and brushes his teeth. Although he is not able to catch up with his parents in conversation, he is now able to understand their words clearly. The transplantation has made a difference.
