第7回学術大会【開催報告】

The “7th Academic Conference” was held on Sunday, September 17, 2023. The event was held simultaneously at the venue and online, and was attended by a large number of people, including medical professionals, general companies, research institutions, patients, and the general public. I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to all of you for making this event a successful event.

►Opening speech

代表理事 田中 善 先生（医療法人仁善会田中クリニック 理事長）

Dr. Zen Tanaka, President and Representative Director of the Society, gave the opening remarks.
We would like to express our gratitude to our research group for successfully reaching its 7th year since its establishment in 2017, and for reporting and cooperating with the clinical research targeting children with autism spectrum disorder that began in May of this year. He expressed his gratitude.

►Intestinal bacteria and cancer

午前の部は、田中 善 先生の「腸内細菌とがん」の症例報告で開始いたしました。座長は、理事の麻植ホルム正之 先生（医療法人LAGOM ライフクリニック蓼科 理事長）でした。

Dr. Tanaka promotes integrative medicine that makes full use of molecular nutrition, immunology, dental oral care, and the environment, with a focus on advanced cancer treatment, and practices medical care with the aim of contributing to the development of preventive medicine.

We gave a presentation on intestinal bacteria, cancer, and the possibility of FMT, including case reports.

At Kawai Internal Medicine Clinic, we treat cases that are difficult to improve with insurance medical treatment by placing disease prevention first and treating patients with a focus on nutrition, providing patient-centered medical care. In addition, in intestinal flora transplants for patients with autism spectrum disorders, etc., we provide detailed support, such as using diaries from patients after the transplant.

►FMT basic research presentation

清水 真（シンバイオシス株式会社 上席研究員）

Following the video of researcher Chihiro Yamamoto of Symbiosis Co., Ltd., we will report that our research group has been able to extend the expiration date by using an automatic bacterial liquid purification device completed last year to purify bacterial liquid for transplantation, and We also explained the characteristics of flora balance using graphs.

Risako Morishita ( Symbiosis Inc.)

Presentation of the results of joint research with Kobe Gakuin University that started in April 2020. We presented the characteristics of NanoGAS® foam, which are being elucidated.

“I want to work together with everyone to create a society where people with and without disabilities can be happy together.” Based on the thoughts of Chef Kuroiwa, owner of the 23-year-old French restaurant “Le Clos,” 2016 Explained welfare establishments in . A variety of dishes and sweets are created in collaboration between professional chefs and users called cast members. He expressed the joy of working with the sparkling cast.
At the booth, we also sold “Chocolate Chip Cookies” and “Caramel Almond Cookies,” which were handmade one by one by the cast members, and were a huge success.

午後の部は、ASDに関する基調講演で開始しました。座長は、代表理事の医療法人仁善会 田中クリニック 院長の田中 善 先生と、専務理事のルークス芦屋クリニック 院長の城谷昌彦 先生でした。

小枝達也 先生（国立研究開発法人 国立成育医療研究センター副院長・こころの診療部統括部長、 鳥取大学名誉教授）

Dr. Koeda, who actually works with a variety of patients from his position as a pediatric neurologist, gave a lecture online. She explained the symptoms of children with autism spectrum disorder from the perspective of neuroscience.

►ASD clinical research interim report

続いて、城谷昌彦先生によるASD臨床研究の中間報告の座長は、理事の医療法人悠亜会 かわい内科クリニック 院長 川井勇一 先生でした。

In May of this year, a clinical study on the efficacy and safety of intestinal microbiota transplantation for autism spectrum disorder began in children aged 5 to 12 years. We announced the background to the specific clinical research and an interim report on the clinical research.

新規FMTの可能性について、実際に移植に携わられている6名の先生方にディスカッションしていただきました。臨床研究に参加されているASDのお子さんの保護者の方からの声をご紹介し、先生方が移植の際に工夫されたことや実際の診察時の様子などお話しいただきました。最後に、名古屋から臨床研究に参加された保護者の方（障がい児ママパパのコミュニティ・アイステップ 代表 小島育子さん）からもお話を伺いました。
