Hyperactive, but quiet with parental attention. He is absorbed in playing games on his cell phone.
His speech is faltering, but he is producing a few words. He responds to instructions but does not seem to have true understanding. Also, he is not communicating or being mindful.
At the results presentation 5 months after the third transplant was completed, he was calmer than before. He is able to sit in a chair to some extent.
He has also been able to understand and utter the language of requests more often. Although he has not been taking oxytocin recently, he is doing well and is able to go back to school without any trouble after the Corona voluntary restraint.
We explained to him that he should continue to carefully nurture the transplanted fungal solution.

Transplant Information

Transplantation period: from January 11, 2020 – January 25, 2020
Number of transplants : 3 times
Change from first transplant to end of transplant :

3 transplants conducted

【1st transplantation questionnaire】

He was autistic, never panicked, and quiet.
He responds to instructions but does not seem to understand what they mean, and his speech is almost non-existent.
Regarding his diet, he is careful to eat as much as possible without additives, but is not gluten casein free or sugar free.
His mother has a history of amalgam removal and he has dental fillings.

【2nd transplantation questionnaire】

After the first transplant, he had no discharge of fungal fluid and was not in a bad mood.
He used to parrot and answer, but now he understands the meaning of the words and answers.
His bowel movements also improved a little.
Her mother has been proactive in devising her diet.

【3rd transplantation questionnaire】

No change in symptoms.
All bacterial fluid has been absorbed.

【Questionnaire at the examination】

Explanation of the results of the post-transplant flora balance test from the end of the third transplant. (Final)
It has been a while since the third transplant, but he said that he understands things and thinks and acts more.
Also, after staying at home due to the corona, she changed her school year and was worried about the change in environment, but she was able to adjust to her surroundings and had no particular problems at school.
He is working with the transplanted flora to repair his body, and we recommended his diet and supplements such as fish oil, CBD choline, B and DK to support this.

Changes after completion of transplant :

Though there was no significant change immediately after the transplant, at least it hasn’t gotten worse. The parroting has decreased.
Maybe even a little more understanding.
Five months after the final transplant, his comprehension has increased and he is thinking and speaking on his own more often.
He seems to be able to cooperate with others to some extent.

Evaluation and Discussion

Transplant Evaluation : Mild improvement of symptoms
Pre- and post-transplant flora balance test changes :
Based on the pre-transplant flora balance, the patient may have lacked mental stability.
After the transplant, diversity is detected without problems compared to before the transplant. The mother’s efforts in her diet are evident.
We believe that the balance has been replaced and that the person may be confused about the change because he is trying to heal but lacks one more push.
Ideally, we think that additional transplants, etc. over a longer period of time would help settle things down.
Blood test changes : No comment
POMS2 SCORE CHANGE : No inspection

< Intestinal flora balance 1st data >

< Intestinal flora balance 2nd data >

His/her experience (from the questionnaire) :
No survey response
Adverse events: No
Nothing
Transplant General Comments and Discussion :

Although there seems to have been some improvement in understanding and bowel movements, it is important to grow the transplanted bacteria in the future because of the short period of time.

… and upwards
