He is hungry because he came to the hospital fasting for a blood draw. He has a peripheral cold sensation in his lower extremities.

【2nd transplantation questionnaire】 After the first transplant, the burning in my arms, legs, and neck has lessened. Bowel movements also improved a little.
【3rd transplantation questionnaire】 Decreased frequency of leg pain and queasiness, which used to be symptomatic in the evening. She had always had a bloating feeling in her stomach in the evening, but it has also disappeared. She seems to have seen a reduction in her physical sensations and symptoms, and speaks cheerfully.
Changes after completion of transplant :
Bowel movements, fatigue, coldness, and swelling are improving.
Mood changes. (It’s getting better.)

Evaluation and Discussion

Transplant Evaluation : Clear improvement of symptoms
Pre- and post-transplant flora balance test changes : [PRIOR TO TRANSPLANTATION] SEPTEMBER 2019. THERE ARE NO PARTICULAR PROBLEMS WITH OVERALL GUT FLORA AND C. CLUSTER DIVERSITY. HOWEVER, THERE IS A SLIGHT BALANCE PROBLEM. THE PERCENTAGE OF LACTOBACILLUS, BACTEROIDES, AND PREVOTELLA IS LOW AND THE PERCENTAGE OF C. CLUSTER IX IS SLIGHTLY HIGH. THERE IS AN IMPRESSION THAT IMPROVEMENT CAN BE EXPECTED WITH THE LACK OF EXTREME BALANCE VARIATION, MEDICATION INCLUDING SUPPLEMENTS FOR THE QUESTIONNAIRE, AND A REVIEW OF DIETARY HABITS.
[During transplantation] None
[After transplantation] None
Blood test changes : [After transplantation] None
POMS2 SCORE CHANGE : Nothing
<Intestinal flora balance before transplant data> <Intestinal flora balance Post-transplant data>
His/her experience (from the questionnaire) :

Adverse events: No
Nothing
Transplant General Comments and Discussion :
ALTHOUGH NOT WELL REFLECTED IN THE POMS, SUBJECTIVE SYMPTOMS ARE CONSIDERED TO BE IMPROVING.
